The boys' first parade

Today Will, Jake and I marched with the Boy Scouts in the Zionsville parade down the brick main street. It was a lot of fun waving at friends and handing out candy.

Getting ready to walk

This picture is a little blurry but it was the only one I had of Will actually walking in the parade. Otherwise I was preoccupied keeping tabs on the boys and of course waving to my friends! :) Today brought back memories of the last parade I was in...the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade! Boy was that awesome. My mom and I went to New York for the big event, and she loved it just as much as me. But that parade was much colder and I was wearing a leotard & tights and a sequined hat that didn't keep me warm. Brrr....
