Fall Break (Part 3): Mammoth Cave & Lost River Cave

Here is the final installment of our fall break trip...next stop, Mammoth Cave! (Will's favorite!)

Here we are after the 2-hour, 2-mile tour...hmmm....how did Jake get my sweatshirt? Maybe because both Will & Jake thought they'd be fine without a jacket. Yeah right.

Our last stop was Lost River Cave, a cave where Jesse James hid out after robbing a bank. You had to ride a boat through the cave. They used to do walking tours in one part of the cave to show people where Jesse James escaped out of another entrance.

Jake loves the boat tours best!

Right at the entrance of the cave, there is a dance floor. They used to have a Night Club in the 1940's.

The end of a great trip! We did 4 caves, so now the boys are up to 8 caves seen in their lifetime!
